Enid’s Wymer Brownlee honors employees with WOW challenge

Wymer Brownlee Tax and Financial Management implemented a 2008 challenge based on WOW customer service experiences within the company.

Team members post entries on the company intranet whenever they have witnessed good customer service provided to clients by another company team member.

Wymer Brownlee averages 15 to 20 posts a week. At the end of each week a winner is selected and put into a drawing for the end of that quarter.

“The WOW challenge emphasizes the importance of encouraging one another in an effort to provide the most positive client experiences and corporate culture possible. It allows the entire company to be positively impacted by the experiences of co-workers and has transformed the way we recognize our successes and hard work,” said Aaron Brownlee, chief operating officer, who oversees the program.

Winners each quarter are given up to $250 for an overnight hotel stay, dinner out and/or entertainment tickets.

Winners to date are: Judy Jones, tax adviser, Fairview; Beth Jerrell, client services coordinator, Fairview; and Tamara White, investment client service manager, Enid.

“The Wymer Brownlee team lives our mission, vision, and values by the service they provide. The WOW challenge gives us an ongoing method to imitate excellent service techniques. It is a pleasure to recognize the outstanding efforts of these individuals,” said Delena Hardaway, business development and marketing director.
