Oklahoma Third District Congressman Frank Lucas, R-Cheyenne, was the lone holdout today on a U.S. House vote for a $700 financial bailout/rescue plan. He voted against the plan, which passed the House today.
The four other representatives, Rep. Mary Fallin, Rep. Tom Cole, Rep. Dan Boren and Rep. John Sullivan voted in favor of the bill that passed the House today.
Earlier in the week, Lucas, Fallin and Sullivan had voted against the House bill, but Fallin and Sullivan changed their minds and supported the Senate version of the plan today.
