Bessie was born Jan. 25, 1917, on a farm north of Orlando, the daughter of John and Ida Long.
She is a 1936 graduate of Jefferson High School.
She married Clarence Boland June 6, 1936, in Valley Center, Kan. They farmed an acreage northwest of Jefferson and west of Hawley, retiring to Pond Creek and then to Enid.
She is a member of Jefferson Methodist Church, Jefferson United Methodist Women, JCW and Senior Citizens in Pond Creek and Nash.
Her children are Dan and Norma Boland, Oklahoma City; A.C. and Nancy Boland, Pratt, Kan.; Joyce and Ray McKerley, Bixby; and Jerry and Flora Boland, Enid. She has eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Edna was born Jan. 26, 1918, on a farm southeast of Enid to William and Jenny (LeGrand) Krippes.
She is a 1937 graduate of Pioneer High School.
She married Art Lang July 6, 1937, in Kingfisher. They lived and farmed in the Pioneer community before moving to Enid in 1972.
She is a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and the Junior Farmerette HCE Club.
Her children are Pat and Jim Blaser, Garber, and Joe and Jovita Lang and Bill and Rita Lang, all of Fairmont. She has six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.�
