The November episode of “City Connections,” a show presented through a collaboration of PEGASYS, Mayor John Criner, Enid city commissioners and City Manager Eric Benson, will begin airing 6 p.m. Monday on Suddenlink Cable Channel 12.
The show also will air 8 p.m. Thursday and 7 p.m. Saturday, both on Channel 12. This month’s host, J. Curtis Huckleberry, interviews Criner and Commissioners Todd Ging and Larry Dillon.
Topics of discussion include the library situation, bond issue, 30th Street bridge and other road repairs, and questions from the public, including one about water meters.
Residents are encouraged to send in questions for discussion on future shows by mailing them to PEGASYS at 123 W. Maine, Enid, OK, 73701 or by e-mailing them to Stephanie@pegasys.org.
PEGASYS started this show as an outreach project for city leaders so they can utilize the staff and facilities to have a platform that reaches the entire community. It also will enable the mayor and commissioners to dig deeper into the issues the community is most concerned with by answering questions directly from the public.
New episodes will be recorded each month and replayed several times.
