Several sections of a 36-inch sewage pipe lie collapsed in Boggy Creek, just east of the 10th Street bridge. City workers are testing the water for contamination, and the pipe has been plugged for re-routing. Luckinbill Inc. will handle repairs to the pipe, which appears to have collapsed from erosion during recent heavy rain. (Staff Photo by DALE DENWALT)
