Masquelier 50th anniversary

— Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Masquelier will celebrate their 50th anniversary with a reception for family and friends 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Kingfisher.
Robert L. Masquelier wed Maxine Beecher Nov. 17, 1956, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Okarche.
He retired from the Burlington Co-op as station manager and she worked at Alfalfa County Hospital, Kiowa Hospital and Dr. Gaylon Crawford’s clinic.
They are members of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Kingfisher.
Their children are Robert E. Masquelier, Cherokee; Denise and Rusty Armstrong, Kingfisher; and Carlita and Kevin Stewart, Stafford, Va. They have nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Glenn Wedel wed Jewel Nightengale Nov. 17, 1956, in Enid. They have been in the dairy and farm business their entire married life in the Ringwood area.
Their children are James and Barbara Wedel, Fairview; Mark and Becky Wedel, Vernon and Susan Martin, and Barbara Wedel, all of Ringwood; and Tom and Julie Woodson, Medford. They have 15 grandchildren.Voth-50th

Ernest Voth wed Virgie Dezort Nov. 22, 1956, at First Baptist Church, Mooreland. Grace Dezort and John Voth attended the couple.
He farms wheat and raises cattle in the Kremlin area. He is a veteran of World War II, having served in the Army. She is a retired registered nurse and a graduate of St. Anthony’s Nursing School in Oklahoma City. She worked at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center for 40 years.
They are members of First Baptist Church.
Their children are Tom and Diane Voth, Houston; Susan and Bill Kilmer, Yukon; and Karen and John Lemley, Stillwater. They have seven grandchildren.
