ENID, Okla. —
The 115th annual meeting of Oklahoma Grain and Feed Association will be April 30 and May 1 at the Oklahoma City Marriott, 3233 North-west Expressway.
The event will begin at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, with a golf-for-student scholarships event at Rose Creek Golf Club, followed the legislative reception honoring 2012-2013 OGFA Chairman Charlie Swanson, Co-op Services, Lawton all past chairmen and the state Legislature beginning at 5:30 p.m.
Other officers of Oklahoma Grain and Feed Association are: first vice chairman, Ronnie Truelock, Farmers Co-op Association, Alva; second vice chairman, Joey Meibergen, Johnston Enterprises, Enid; and president, Joe Neal Hampton, Enid.
Directors are: Rick Ahrberg, Ahrberg Milling Co., Cushing; Kirk Burgess, State Line Grain Co., Manchester; Mike Cassidy, Cassidy Grain Co., Frederick; Kenneth Hahn, Planters Cooperative Association, Lone Wolf; Dan Hubbard, Stillwater Milling Co., Stillwater; Scott Keller, ADM Grain Co., Enid; Mike Mahoney, Wheeler Brothers Grain Co., Watonga; and Kent Prickett, Farmers Grain Co., Pond Creek.
The meeting will begin at 7:30 a.m. May 1 with breakfast and state legislative update presented by Sen. Mike Schulz, R-Altus, followed by “OSHA and EPA Regulatory Update” presented by Jess McCluer, director of regulatory affairs, National Grain and Feed Association, and “Global Flow of Grain” presented by Rob Fisher, managing director, International Agribusi-ness Group.
The annual meeting of the membership will be held at approximately 10:15 a.m. May 1. Dale Fain will moderate the wheat crop tour reports compiled by Roger Gribble. Those presenting will be: Rick Kochenower, Panhandle; Ronnie Truelock, north central west; Kim Metcalf, north central east; Tim Bartram, west central; Avery Eeds, central; Tyler Thoreson, northeast and east central; Mark Gregory, southwest; Gary Strickland, south central; and Chris Rice, southeast.
